Have you seen this wiki? It has quite some information on the formats.

Hi, we have already translated beholder 1 and we are translating beholder 2 without any problem. Graphic, text, no problem. There is only an hack necessary. In the .inf files italian text is bigger than the english one, in size, so in beholder 1 was necessar an hack on the exe to increase the amount of memory used by the .inf files. .inf files contains the parser text of each level of the dungeon. GUFINO prepared the hack and now we have the same memory problem on beholder 2. Gufino is a little bit busy and we are waiting for him.
We are using your tool to modify fonts. Sorry for my english but i'm writing the message with my nephew between my arms XD --------------------  |
