Io ci giocai 1000 anni fa (no, dai, solo sei smilies3.gif ) con però le statuine del proprietario del negozio dove giocavo biggrin2a.gif ricordo che nella squadra avevo uno o due mastini e un cacciatore di streghe con la pistola... era un bellissimo gioco da tavolo, anche se non sopportavo il dover misurare le distanze COL RIGHELLO. Chissà come lo traducono in gioco da pc..?

Il primo gioco specialist che ha visto la luce è stato BloodBowl. Ed essendo stato un esperimento più che riuscito stanno mungendo la vacca fino a che ha latte. Tanto più che i modelli 3d sembrano essere praticamente gli stessi...

Sono parecchio confuso e adesso cercherò di mettere in ordine i miei pensieri.
Blood Bowl è stato l'ultimo baluardo di speranza per la SG, mi ricordo in un White Dwarf (mi sembra del 2008) si parlava di un rinnovo completo dei tutta la gamma cominciando proprio dal titolo suddetto; nel 2009 vede la luce il gioco per pc con i seguenti aggiornamenti e così via.
Intanto nessuna altra miniatura viene prodotta facendo sorger non pochi sospetti a chi come me sperava in un futuro.
Purtroppo circa un anno fa, la Specialist Games viene "chiusa" (chiaramente una mossa atta ad indirizzare l'utenza verso titoli più remunerativi come WarHammer).

Capisco, come tu ben dici, che abbiano riciclato i modelli 3d per un'altro titolo... ma perché?

Ho visto usare i titoli come Dawn of War o Mark of Chaos come "appiglio" per i nuovi giocatori di miniature, consentendo alla GW di guadagnarci due volte, con il gioco da tavolo e la versione video. Una mossa azzeccata.
Il fatto che rilascino un gioco fine a se stesso mi lascia di stucco. Porterà solamente chi vorrebbe avvicinarsi all'Hobby davanti ad un gioco da tavolo morto... che con lo stile di Mordheim ci stà biggrin2a.gif (battutaccia... scusate).

Io mi sono dato questa spiegazione:
visto il periodo e la facilità con cui vengono fondati i progetti con miniature, non escludo che GW stia pensando seriamente a kickstarter. Il lancio di un gioco per PC, con assets già praticamente creati, è un esborso e soprattutto un rischio molto piccolo.
Dovesse andare bene ci si butterà a capofitto, ne sono sicuro. E' anni che GW non è più una società sforna giochi ma sforna soldi...

Stando a quello che dice Ser Righellotto però a sto punto c'è da aspettarsi anche DLC e packs di qualsiasi cosa per tutti quelli che NON hanno fatto il backing del progetto...

GW è famosa per le porcate che ha fatto e con BloodBowl non è stata da meno.
ha tirato fuori un gioco con meno squadre di quelle previste (mi pare 16 su 20) senza i NANI, ha fatto uscire un dlc gratuito con gli elfi oscuri (retexture degli elfi silvani già presenti). Per poi far uscire un anno dopo la LEGENDARY edition (gioco da comperare ex novo) sempre a 39 euro...

With no specific orders, here are the major differences between the original tabletop game and the digital version we are creating:

Instead of playing every units of a warband and watch the enemy play his warbands, units are mixed in an initiative ladder. The purpose is to increase strategy and reduce the waiting time before playing actively again
Exploration is done in combat by the Player rather than rolled randomly after combat. It's an active part of gameplay
Warbands have been revamped with new units
Injuries encountered, besides giving penalties to the unit, also cost gold and takes time to heal putting units Out of Action for a while
Besides having the units gain ranks, the Warbands along with the Player will gain ranks and unlock new bonuses
The game has a full campaign mode with a compelling story
Special chaotic events might occur and affect the battle. This is different during every skirmishes


Is the environment part of the gameplay?

All buildings in the playable area can be visited. Most of them have climbing zones, hiding places for ambushes and high ground for over watch as well. There will be flat scalable walls and flat(ish) balcony and rooftop that your character may access. On certain story maps, you will have the opportunity to walk on predetermined parts of roofs.

They will be fun to play in and create the strategy you want to use against your opponents!

We would have loved to, but as of now we have no destructible environment. But the environment is taken in consideration since it provide a cover percentage for range attacks.

If Rogue Factor have to promote only one feature for their upcoming game?

Without any doubt: the permanent death. The universe of Mordheim: The City of the Damned is a very tough world. And some consequences of your actions will illustrate that matter in no time.

Possibile che ce lo troveremo in qualche Bundle.

Anche a me 4 bande sono sembrate poche ma poi mi sono ricreduto facendo questo ragionamento: nel gioco origianle è difficile che un giocatore possegga ed utilizzi tutte le bande in circolazione, è più facile che si specializzi, vuoi per l'elevato costo che comporterebbe, vuoi per affezione.
Stesso vale per Bloodbowl. E' bello acquistare un gioco con 18 squadre giocabili, ma è un puro fatto psicologico, visto che se ne proveranno al massimo 3 e si giocherà quasi sempre con la stessa.

Bisogna ammettere che dal punto stilistico, con l'ambientazione hanno fatto un lavoro eccezionale:



Certo che gli scenari FISICI sono una bellezza. Da giocare poi una goduria.

Senza dubbio alcuno! Hanno aggiunto anche qualcosa di insolito (a mio avviso) che comunque calza benissimo con l'ambientazione, come le strutture ricoperte di larve o in parte composte da quella che sembra essere carne.

Quando il prezzo si aggirerà sui 20 euro, me lo concederò biggrin2a.gif.

Uguale, sono passato a Mordheim perché con pochi euro ti fai una banda. Ed è uno di quei giochi dove ti bastano davvero 4 palazzi costruiti col lego, e qualche soldatino per cominciare a giocare. Il pdf del regolamento è scaricabile gratuitamente e come miniature si possono usare anche le sopresine dell'ovino.

Preso e lo sto giocando. E' spettacolare.
Il giocatore del gioco da tavolo lo adorerà ma piaceà sicuro anche al giocatore occasionale.
Si tratta di un OTTIMO strategico a turni che impegna e diverte con una componente di crescita su base campagna single player molto forte.
Come il gioco cartaceo godi quando vinci e piangi quando perdi; soprattutto se ti muore il leader. AAAARGH!
IA notevole.


nota a margine, giocatelo in inglese. Non solo perché chi è avvezzo conosce già tutte le caratteristiche, gli incantesimi e le abilità, ma anche perché "Guerriero di Fuoco" tradotto da "Fire Warrior" (Licenzia Guerriero) non si può vedere.

Rilasciata PATCH 5.
Da quando hanno aggiornato all'ultima versione il motore UNITY i caricamenti sono diventati velocissimi, e le richieste hardware ottimizzate.
Un lavoro tecnico coi fiocchi. Altro che "Rise of the Bug Raider".

Per fortuna hanno corretto anche la traduzione: ora ci siamo.

Added "autohit" in combat log when fighting a stunned warrior


Skill Modifications

Lad’s Got Talent: the requirements for the normal version have been reduced to 3 Intelligence (instead of 6)
Born Leader: the requirements for the normal version have been reduced to 9 Leadership (instead of 12)
Daredevil: Melee Resistance penalty has been reduced to 20% (instead of 25%) for the Normal version and to 10% (instead of 15%) for the Mastery version
Fatality: the effect is no longer Stackable. Normal version now increases Critical chances by 5% for 1 turn while the Mastery version increases them by 10% for 1 turn.
Impact Shot: increased the Bypass Armor to 20% (instead of 15%) for the Normal version and to 40% (instead of 30%) for the Mastery version
Expert Fencer: now also increases Parry chances by 5% for the Normal version and by 10% for the Mastery version
Boarding Prowess: now triggers on Charge actions as well. Critical bonus has been reduced to 10% (instead of 15%) for the Normal version and to 20% (instead of 30%) for the Mastery version
Vent: Melee and Range resistance debuff are now increased to -10% for the Normal version and -20% for the Mastery version
Agitation: the duration has been increased to 2 turns instead of 1
Dagger Specialist:
Parry and Dodge bypass reduced to 5% (instead of 10%) for the Normal version and to 10% (instead of 20%) for the Mastery version
Now also increase Melee Hit chances by 5% for Normal version and by 10% for Mastery version
Warp Globe: duration increased to 2 turns for the Normal version and 3 turns for the Mastery version
Enriched Globe: duration increased to 2 turns for the Normal version and 3 turns for the Mastery version
Swift Counter: the chances to trigger the effects have been increased to 40% for the Normal version and to 80% for the Mastery version
Chaos Evolution: the chances to trigger the effects have been increased to 40% for the Normal version and to 80% for the Mastery version
Chaotic Advantage: the chances to trigger the effects have been increased to 40% for the Normal version and to 80% for the Mastery version
Perception: upon having a successful Perception, the skill will be locked for 1 turn (thus being available again only on the next turn of the user)


Items Modifications

Amulet now increases Magic Resistance by 5% for Normal, 10% for Good and 15% for Best
Poultice has been changed to:
Normal – Remove 1 Open Wound Debuff
Good – Remove 2 Open Wound Debuff
Best – Remove 3 Open Wound Debuff
The cost of using a “Luck Trinket” has been reduced to 0 SP. It still must be used to take effect


Rune/Mark modifications

The following Recipes will now also unlock the enchantment for the Head on top of the slots they were already bound to

Rune/Mark of Dismay can now also be added on a Helmet, Amulet or Pendant
Normal: on damage dealt, reduces Fear and Terror by 3%. Stackable
Mastery: on damage dealt, reduces Fear and Terror by 6%. Stackable
Rune/Mark of Aegis can now also be added on a Helmet, Amulet or Pendant
Normal: increase parry chances by 5%
Mastery: increase parry chances by 10%


Corrections

The lowest part of the Smuggler's coat will now properly update its color when selecting the color of the Light Armor torso
Light wounds are not displayed anymore in warrior logs
Fixed GUI issues on certain pop-up (if using low quality settings for textures)
Fixed level 7 warriors having 4 mutations instead of 3
Fixed possible desync issues when Impressive warriors were put out of action
Fixed possible desync issues with the warriors engagement
Fixed an issue with highlighting selection
Fixed an issue displaying previous attack damages when stunned after entering a Zone AOE
Fixed an issue with the disengage state that was sending start move to both players
Fixed an issue with the procedural system that was sometimes deploying the Warband Wagons into Atheltic Actions Zones
Fixed an issue with warriors being teleported inside empty buildings in Quayside.
Fixed an issue with warriors being teleported outside the gameplay area in Middle Bridge.
Fixed several issues with pathfinding generation in stairways. You should no longer be blocked at the top or in the middle of the stairways. If the issue persists, please report it on our forums with a screenshot of the stuck character and another screenshot with the strategy view.
Fixed issue preventing buff or debuff enchantments to be applied during ambush and overwatch attacks


Known Issues
- Problem with AMD Drivers: Many players have reported issues with the latest AMD drivers, and we have been working diligently to find a solution. Unfortunately, the problem seems to lie beyond our control; it is a particularity of the way the Unity engine interacts with the AMD software. More information

How to help us
If you find any bugs or need some technical help, please refer to the thread "Issues launching or loading the game. Read this first!", and the appropriate forum for bugs reporting and technical issues, and do no post in general discussions. The general discussion forum is very hard for us to navigate as there is a lot of movement, so we only look at it briefly.

If you experience a game breaking bug, such as a crash to desktop, please make a post in the Bug report section, and also send your output log and a copy of your combat log, found in your Steam install directory:
- Steam\SteamApps\common\mordheim\mordheim_Data\output_log.txt
- Steam\SteamApps\common\mordheim\combat.log

Email these logs to logs at rogue-factor.com and we'll take a look at it. Please link your post/thread in your email so we can return to it. A DxDiag can also be helpful, and if you managed to take a screenshot that will also help quite a bit.

Patch 8, bella, peccato che ora vada in freeze 4-5 secondi ogni volta che un personaggio termina un'azione. E' un bel bug, e da quanto leggo nei commenti è comune a molti sistemi. Speriamo correggano in fretta.

Veteran Ranks 11, 12, 13 and 14 will now give 2 Veteran Skill Points each. Warbands who already achieved those ranks should receive the Veteran Skill Points retroactively
The Regeneration of the enemies in the Cult of the Possessed Story Mission 2-1 and the Sisters of Sigmar mission 2-4 has been reduced to 50 wounds (was 75)
Ulrican Axe: will now properly be easier to Dodge for victims
Extra Arm mutations: they now all bypass Dodge by 15% (was 10%) and don’t bypass Parry anymore (was 10%) since armbands completely negates Parry already


Skills

Burn the Witch: the combat cost of the skill has been changed to 2OP and 1 SP (from 3 OP to use)
Riposte Stance: a successful parry while using this stance will now also reduce the cost of Counter-Attacks by 1 OP
Fanatical Zeal: the using cost has been reduced to 2SP (was 3)
Boons of Chaos: the effect of this spell are now Stackable
Infused Globe: the animation when healed will now show the buff animation properly


Spells

Healing Hand: the range of the Mastery version has been reduced to 3 meters (same as the Normal version)
Word of Damnation: the duration has been increased to 2 turns, but the All Alone/Fear and Terror penalty have been reduced to -15% for the normal version (was -25%) and to -30% for the mastery version (was -50%)
Warp Accretion: increased the duration of the initial buff to 2 turns
Blessing of Ulric: the critical damage bonus has been reduced to 10% (was 15%) for the regular version and to 20% (was 30%) for the mastery version but the duration has been increased to 2 turns


Veteran Skills

Contact Librarian: the chances to get items for the mastery version has been reduced to 15% (was 20%)


GUI Improvements

Reduced Mission Objective's font size and paragraph width
Adjusted Item Tooltips to fix the hidden information issues with long descriptions
Adjusted layout in Hideout screens to avoid issues like hidden characters and overlapping buttons


Fixes

Fixed issue that blocked at 98% the loading of a mission save
Fixed the visual issue on the Witch Hunters flails
Fixed some visual issues with bodyparts
Fixed issue allowing the Executioner to loot when multiple interaction are available
Fixed issue with the overview which were not displaying current warrior and warband wagon properly
